1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Whether you have changed your mind or the item is defective, we are here to help.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
 -Electronics: Must be unopened, with all original seals and packaging intact.
-Accessories: Must be unused and in the original packaging.
-Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt or order confirmation.
3. Return Methods & Costs
- Free Returns: We offer (Free) return shipping for all orders within Kenya.
-How to Return: You can return items By Mail hello@iteystore.co.ke) or In-Person at our Nairobi store (Accra Road, Cookie House, 3rd Floor).
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (M-Pesa, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer).
